Liz found this vintage basket quilt at an estate sale. It was so reasonably priced, she couldn't pass it up.
John Putnam made this "Birdie". a pattern by Running Doe quilts. The outer border fabric was an estate sale purchase that had a receipt from a PX in Japan dated 1973 and the fabric was 50 cents a yard.
